We don't just check the box and walk out. Every task gets verified it's working before we move on, and nothing is considered done until you are comfortable. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.
What if nothing is broken but I need help learning how to use something?
That's exactly what we're here for. We offer any kind of training or support you need. We'll walk you through it at your pace and answer every question you have. If written instructions would make things easier, we can draft a personalized step-by-step guide and send it to you after the visit.
Do you work on Apple devices like Macs, iPhones, and iPads?
Yes. We work on Apple and Windows devices, phones, tablets, smart TVs, printers, and voice assistants including Siri, Alexa, and Google Nest devices. If you're not sure whether we can help with something specific, just call and we'll let you know. The consultation is free with no commitment to book.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and credit card are all accepted. Cash payments qualify for a discount, so just ask when you call.
Do I have to be home the entire time?
We ask that someone is home when we arrive to get oriented and when we leave to do the walkthrough together. In between, you're welcome to relax and there's no need to stand over us the whole time.
I don't know exactly what's wrong. Can you still help?
Absolutely. That's one of the most common calls we get. Describe what you're seeing or what stopped working and we'll figure it out together during the free consultation, before you commit to a visit or pay anything.
