What we collect
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics collects anonymized information such as pages visited, time on site, general location (city/region level), and device and browser type. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
We also keep our own simple visit log on our hosting account: the page you opened, the site you came from (without any query details), which of our buttons or links you tap (such as Call, Text, Email, or Book), whether you start or send a form (never what you type in it), which FAQ questions you open and which parts of the page you scroll to, roughly how long you stay and how far down you scroll, your browser and device type, and a shortened version of your internet address with the last part removed (for example, 73.42.118.x). We never store your full address, and we use the shortened one only to tell visits apart and estimate a general location (city level), using the ipapi.co lookup service. This log uses no cookies, is not shared or used for advertising, and is deleted after 90 days. After that we keep only daily and monthly totals (such as the number of visitors, pages viewed, taps, FAQ questions opened, devices, browsers, and cities), which contain no addresses or other personal information. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, your visits are not logged.
If you choose to contact us by phone, any information you share is used only to respond to your inquiry.
If you submit the contact form or an appointment request through this site, we store the information you provide (such as name, email, phone, address, and message or appointment details) in a database on our own hosting account so we can respond to and follow up on your request. We also maintain internal service records tied to your account — appointment and visit history, notes about service performed, phone call summaries, and billing/invoice records — for our own scheduling, service, and accounting purposes. This information is not shared with third parties or used for marketing.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and track sessions. These cookies do not contain personal information. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Third-party services
This site uses Google Analytics (operated by Google LLC). Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy. Our own visit log, described above, and our records of contact form messages use ipapi.co only to estimate a city or country from a shortened address (never the full one), to help us spot spam. No other third-party tracking or advertising services are used.
Your data is not sold
We do not sell, trade, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.
